Oskar Kokoschka sketch

Wacky Austrian painter and playwright Oskar Kokoschka was a contemporary of Klimt and Schiele but outlived them to a ripe old age of 93. Looking to paint him in the early years when he was the iggy pop of his day.

GAUGUIN ROUGH

Very rough outline for my Gauguin painting. I hope to give the background a very lively Tahitian mash-up. He is undoubtedly one of the greatest painter/sculptor/dirty birds to have every walked. A true triple threat and amazingly renounced in his day. What were they thinking?
